Indoor Winter Schedule

Fight Club Use

Our indoor facility is used regularly throughout the winter months. There are opportunities for our adult members to work out using our rowing machines, weight equipment, etc. at our indoor facility (Fight Club). Fight Club is used by the MRC Junior programs, MSOE, and our Adult members.

Our adult members are expected to use the facility on either end of the day. This is to keep from bothering the regular tenants of the office building. If your schedule does not allow for this you may quietly access the facility during the middle of the day. The doorway to the building is locked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays and locked throughout the weekend. If you are trying to access the building during those hours, you will need to arrive when a keyholder (program head) is present. Between the hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm the doors are unlocked on weekdays. This is when you can enter the building and get to the basement door to our space. In order to get into the basement door there will need to be a keyholder present or you will need to go to the security office to pick up the key and access the space. The schedule below shows you when a keyholder will be present at Fight Club and the preferred time for adults to use the facility.

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and conditioning sessions are run by personal trainer Shan Nelson-Rowe. Typically, Shan will run two or three one-hour sessions each Saturday fall through spring (e.g. 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am). This is not a requirement for our members. It is an opportunity to build strength to enhance your rowing experience. Contact Shan at if you are interested.
