2023 Pull Together Campaign

The beginning of 2023 marks the push for our annual "Pull Together" campaign. Our athletes have endured so much over the last few years, and they deserve to continue to be provided with resources which put them in the best position to succeed. This year, we need two new 4’s and two new sets of 8 oars for our programs. Additionally, we are always seeking funding to support scholarships and our STEM to Stern effort. After a strong 2022, our athletes are looking to build on their success. Please support the Milwaukee Rowing Club athletes as they strive for greatness!

2023 Urgent Needs

The club is in need of a two fours for competition and training, two sets of oars, and continued funding for our STEM to Stern program. Here is our goal for 2023:

  • Two 2023 Pocock Fours - $29,000 Each

    • We are in need of two new 4’s to accommodate our training and racing needs. Training in fours is a key piece in learning to become an efficient and effective rower.  The addition of these fours will also provide our athletes the opportunity to compete in more events at our regattas.

  • Two New Sets of 8 oars - $3,750 Each

    • Our club will benefit greatly from a new set of Concept2 oars for the Youth Men and Youth Women - this allows more of our crews to have the best oars on the market for racing.

  • Funding/Support for our STEM to Stern Program/Financial Aid
